Notes
1) Only registered show and shine trucks are to be parked in the Show and Shine area. All other vehicles to be parked in the sponsor/vendor parking area ..... strictly enforced !!
2) There is a designated camping area for registered truckers bringing their camper. (close to where your truck will be parked)
The entrant hereby releases and forever discharges the Stirling Lions Truck Show and its directors, members and employees from and against all claims of every nature and kind, for injury, losses or damages sustained by the entrant to his/ her person or property and hereby acknowledges that the entrant is solely reponsible for his/ her own multi peril and public liability insurance to protect themselves, their employess and their equipment and the entrant hereby agrees to indemnify and reimburse the Stirling Lions Truck show for any amount laid out and cost incurred by the Stirling Lions Truck Show as a result of any liablity claim for which the entrant hereby acknowledges in his/ her responsiblity. The entrant is responsible for removing all goods and materials from their area after the Show and leaving the space in a clean and orderly manner, as it was prior to the Show. The entrant will be billed for the removal of goods or materials left behind or for the cleaning or repair of their space.
Insobriety, excessive noise and abusive behaviour is are grounds for disqualification.
Entry fees will not be refunded if disqualified.
Privacy: Stirling and District Lions Club respects thentrants right to privacy. Personal information wiill not be disclosed without the entrants constent. Please tick the box if you DO NOT agree to the disclosure of personal information in winners lists and/ or to the events sponsors.
